May 2024: I now search in my period of unemployment for new challenges. A small company (department) <-7 persons growing and which respects the 15 years of 3D-modeling as opportunity to teach new generations for this great program (Tekla Struktures). Otherwise I am looking for machine woodworking , designing, R&D,truck driving , logistics , production work , this can be done in another country if help is needed. I wish to work 10 month per year or 1280 hours in a mobile environment for 12 years, for service to others, or building communities. Leo is a 33 years experienced structural drawing (Tekla), designer, BIM-enthusiast, experienced to the prefabricating building industry (precast) and very solution driven. After this Medium Technical College, he went into the Dutch army as a 4-tons truckdriver for the 41 tank battalion in Hohne Germany, to join different tasks in transporting personnel, equipment, fuel, and cleaning roads. In 1990 he started to draw as casco construction drawer at Heembeton where the main target was to translate architectural project designs of housing types into workable prefabricated concrete casco parts for the factory plants, in the meantime communicating with structural engineering Brekelmans for stability and rebar information, and the subcontractors for concrete inserts, s.a. Electrics and mountings. After a merger of the centralized office from Arnhem to a factory in Lelystad he started to work for Heijckman architect and construction office in Huissen (later merged into Cumae) where he was doing the same kind of work as at Heembeton but now to improve the quality of the division casco engineering Heembeton at Heijckman, with a work guaranty for 3 years and for 2 persons. Heijckman was also specialized in engineering wood roof constructions for the (HSB) production industry, he also engineered these specific kind of 2D roof constructions on Autocad. Romein Beton was also a Dutch pioneer in the self thickening concrete for use in the diverse mixing batches or colored concrete. He had a good drawing-education via the Dutch Learning Organization of Concrete (Betonvereniging) to become precast drawer BV. He also Co-engineered the Bubbledeck precast slab-floor for the Benelux countries, specifically for a factory Gelissen Beton in Beek. In may of 2007 he succeeded to get a job in the wood-industry via detachment office Brunel Arnhem, and got on-board with a company called HKN-Ulft a wood framing company and full daughter of Pontmeyer, but he could not emphasize a reorganization and closure of this roof, barn and frame factory. At the end of July 2007 the factory closed and was merged into the factory in (HKN) Heerenveen all personnel where helped into other job functions He managed to work for the HKN-Heerenveen factory until the end of 2007 as a troubleshooter.
